Ah, Chef Remy what grand feast do you have for us on the dinner menu today?

Entre'es - Blanc de Poulet aux Nouilles (breaded chicken strips served with pasta) $7, Croquette de boeuf en Brioche (ground beef steak on a brioche bun, served with french fries) $8, Filet de Limande Saute' avec Haricots Vert et Tomates (pan roasted flounder served with green beans and tomatoes) $8
